How we use text messages.
How we get consent
People give us their phone number one of two ways: they fill out the form at homesin30days.com/sell.html with an explicit consent checkbox, or they reply to a phone outreach we made based on public property records and confirm they want to keep the conversation by text.
What we send
Plain conversational messages about a specific property the recipient owns. We do not send marketing blasts, surveys, links to unrelated services, or anything political. Each text references the property and is sent by a real person.

Hi Sarah, this is Kevin with Homes in 30 Days. Saw your place on Oakmont pop up in public records and wanted to ask, any chance you would be open to hearing a number on it? No pressure either way. Reply STOP to opt out.
