How we get consent
People opt in by visiting homesin30days.com/sell.html and completing the property inquiry form. The form collects their name, phone number, property address, condition, and timing. If they want SMS follow-up, they check the optional consent box agreeing to receive text messages from Homes in 30 Days / HI30 Ventures LLC about their property inquiry.
What we send
Plain conversational messages about the specific property inquiry the person submitted. We text only people who opted in to SMS. We do not send unrelated promotional messages, surveys, links to unrelated services, or anything political. Each text identifies Homes in 30 Days and relates to the property inquiry.

Hi Sarah, this is Kevin with Homes in 30 Days. We received your property inquiry about Oakmont. Are you still interested in discussing your selling options? Reply STOP to opt out.
