Who we are

This site is operated by HI30 Ventures LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, doing business as Homes in 30 Days.

What we do

We connect with property owners who may want to sell their home. We may make a written or verbal offer, or assign a purchase agreement to another buyer. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and we do not represent you as your agent.

Offers, not appraisals

Any number we share is an offer from us, not a guarantee of market value, not an appraisal, and not lending advice. You may always seek a second opinion, work with a real estate agent, list on the open market, or do nothing at all.

Contact consent

By giving us your phone number, you agree we can call or text you about your property. You can opt out by replying STOP to a text, or by visiting our opt out page, or by calling (314) 798-7201.

No fraud, no misrepresentation

You agree to provide accurate information about the property. We agree to be honest about our offer, our intentions, and our role.

Liability

We are not liable for any loss arising from your decision to accept or reject an offer. You are responsible for consulting your own attorney, tax advisor, or financial advisor about your situation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
